How Do We Verify Information?
Before publishing, every factual claim in an article goes through verification:
- Source identification: Find the primary source for each claim. If we cannot find a primary source, the claim is cut.
- Cross-reference: For market data and statistics, we check at least two independent sources.
- Recency check: Cryptocurrency data changes fast. We verify that statistics and features are current at the time of writing.
- Link verification: Every outbound citation links to a live page. We check links before publishing.
How Do We Handle Corrections?
When a reader or our own review identifies an error, we correct it within 24 hours. Corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected article with the date and nature of the change. If the error was material (wrong price, wrong tax rule, wrong security recommendation), we update the article immediately and note the correction prominently.
How Often Do We Update Content?
Priority articles, especially those covering tax rules, security practices, and staking mechanics, are reviewed on a 30-day cycle. Each article shows a “Last reviewed” date near the byline. The cryptocurrency space changes rapidly, so we treat content freshness as a core editorial responsibility rather than an afterthought.
How Do We Handle Conflicts of Interest?
The author may hold cryptocurrency positions. These holdings never influence editorial coverage. We do not accept payment to write about specific tokens or projects. Affiliate relationships are disclosed clearly on every article that contains affiliate links. Our editorial calendar is set by reader search behavior and information gaps, not by commercial relationships.
